| 一、步进电机不拖料 1. The stepping motor does not tow the material 1、检查电源电压是否正常，电压过高或过低伺服放大器处于保护状态。 1. Check whether the power supply voltage is normal, the voltage is too high or too low servo amplifier is in protective condition. 2、伺服放大器熔丝有未断掉。 2. The servo amplifier fuse is not broken. 3、伺服放大器插头是否插牢。 3. Whether the servo amplifier is plugged in. 4、微电脑霍尔信号是否正常。 4. Whether the microcomputer hall signal is normal. 二、拖料与主机不同步 2. The drag material is out of sync with the host 1、霍尔信号磁钢位置是否走位。 1. The position of hall signal magnetic steel position. 2、霍尔开关是否损坏。 2. Whether the hall switch is damaged. 三、拖料时长时短 3. Short time of drag 1、步进电机与驱料胶辊连接同步皮带是否松动。 1. Whether the stepping motor and the feeding rubber roller connect the synchronous belt is loose. 2、驱料胶辊压力是否过小。 2. Whether the press roller pressure is too small. 3、放料太重或放料与主机不同步。 3. The discharge is too heavy or the discharge is not in sync with the host. 四、电加热器不加热或温控失灵 No heating or temperature control of the electric heater 1、加热器损坏。 1. The heater is damaged. 2、热电偶接点不牢。 2. The junction of thermocouples is not secure. 3、双向可控硅或固态继电器击穿。 3. Double-sided thyristor or solid-state relay breakdown. |
