热封强度差指封口位置的强度低于标准要求 Heat Seal Strength Difference refers to the strength of the sealing position below the standard requirement. 1、产生原因 1. Causes ①复合膜中的黏合剂尚未充分硬化。 (1) The binder in the composite film has not yet been fully hardened. ②热封条件不适当。 (2) The heat sealing condition is not suitable. ③热封刀和冷却刀之间的距离过长。 The distance between heat sealing knife and cooling knife is too long. ④内封层薄膜有问题。 (4) There is a problem with the inner sealing film. ⑤油墨的耐热封性不良,导致热封部位薄膜的复合强度降低。 The poor heat sealing property of ink results in the decrease of the composite strength of the film at the heat sealing part. ⑥粉尘、喷粉等物质附着于热封面上。 Dust, powder spraying and other substances adhere to the thermal cover. ⑦复合强度低下或热封处复合强度下降过多。 The composite strength is low or the composite strength at the heat seal decreases too much. |
