塑料袋制袋机最基本的操作流程

The most basic operation process of plastic bag making machine

（1）开机前的准备工作 ：

(1) preparation before start up:

①检查设备周围是否有灰尘、杂物，并将其清除。

Check whether there is dust or debris around the equipment and remove it.

②按生产通知单的要求上好膜卷。

Good film roll according to the production notice.

③按生产通知单和工艺文件调整好袋的尺寸，安装好热封刀，并初步调好

(3) adjust the size of the bag according to the production notice and process document, install the heat sealing knife and adjust it preliminarily

④分切刀和热封刀的位置。

4. Location of cutters and heat sealing knives.

⑤打开电源，按工艺文件要求设定热封刀温度。

Open the power supply and set the temperature of heat sealing cutter according to the requirement of process file.

⑥输入制袋的相关数据以及每扎的所需个数。

The input data and making every tie required number.

⑦选择色差较大的图案边沿左右调节光眼灵敏度，使其达到要求。

The choice of color difference larger pattern edge around regulatory light eye sensitivity, so as to meet the requirements.

（2）开机

(2) start up

①启动主电机，低速运转，随即调整边位控制，将膜对分在中间位置。

Start the main motor, operate at low speed, then adjust the edge control, and divide the film in the middle position.

②调整左、右夹辊，使左右膜对齐，调整前后夹辊，使图案对正。

Adjust the left and right pinch roll, align the left and right film, adjust the front and back clamping roll, and make the pattern correct.

|③调整热封刀，使其热封在袋的要求范围。

The adjustment of | heat sealing knife, the heat sealing bag in the required range.

④调整分切刀片至所需位置，并把打孔位置调整到剪刀口。

Adjust the cutting blade to the required position, and adjust the drilling position to the scissors mouth.

⑤初步调整好机速，取一次平出的样袋，进行初检。

First, adjust the machine speed and take the sample bag once out for preliminary inspection.

⑥生产过程中，随时观察制袋情况发现异常，即时调整。

The production process, to observe the situation of making abnormal, immediate adjustment.

（3） 停机 断开总电源开关，再断开各部位电源开关。
