了解气泡膜机的维护保养相关知识
1.对气泡膜机要指派专人操作，不允许挤出机螺杆无料的情况下空转，以免螺杆与料筒刮伤。停机后，如果机筒内有存料的情况下，再次开机前，必须按工艺要求把各温区的温度升到规定要求，并保温30分钟以上方可开机，严禁温度未达到要求前开机，以免损坏机件。
1. Assign special personnel to operate the bubble film machine, and do not allow the extruder to idle when there is no material, so as to avoid scratches between the screw and the barrel. After the shutdown, if there is material stored in the barrel, the temperature of each temperature zone must be raised to the specified requirements according to the process requirements before the machine is started again, and the machine can be started only after the temperature is kept for more than 30 minutes. It is strictly prohibited to start the machine before the temperature fails to meet the requirements, so as to avoid damage to the parts.
2.螺杆因故从机筒里取出，应妥善处理，以防变形，如果长时间内不装回机筒内，必须把螺杆垂直吊挂起来，防止碰伤、压弯和永久变形，机筒和螺杆表面均涂上防锈油作保护。

If it is not installed back into the barrel for a long time, the screw must be hung vertically to prevent bumping, bending and permanent deformation. The barrel and the screw surface shall be coated with anti rust oil for protection.
