工作原理是利用高频率振荡由焊头将声波传送至工作物熔接面,瞬间使工作物分子产生摩擦,达到塑料熔点,从而完成固体材料迅速溶解,可对纺织品进行整洁焊接,粘固力强,以无纺布为原材料,全自动化生产,操作简便。全自动无纺布制袋机是由给料机实期送粉料(胶体或液体)到包装机上方的料斗 器内,引进速度由光电定位装置控制,成卷的封口纸(或其它包装材料)经导辊带动引进至翻领成型器,被折弯后再由纵封器搭接成为圆筒状,物料被自动计量后充填到制成的袋内,横封器在进行热封切割的同时将袋筒间歇地向下牵引,最后形成搭接纵缝三面封口扁平袋,完成一个袋的封口。
