Short time of drag 1、步进电机与驱料胶辊连接同步皮带是否松动。 1. Whether the stepping motor and the feeding rubber roller connect the synchronous belt is loose. 2、驱料胶辊压力是否过小。 2. Whether the press roller pressure is too small. 3、放料太重或放料与主机不同步。 3. The discharge is too heavy or the discharge is not in sync with the host. 四、电加热器不加热或温控失灵 No heating or temperature control of the electric heater 1、加热器损坏。 1. The heater is damaged. 2、热电偶接点不牢。 2. The junction of thermocouples is not secure. 3、双向可控硅或固态继电器击穿。 3. Double-sided thyristor or solid-state relay breakdown.
